Payment Terms:
Credit card (or) Bank Transfer:
By selecting ‘credit card’ or ‘bank transfer’ you are kindly require to process the payment immediately upon receipt of invoice and not later than 5 days from the date of registration and mentioning the invoice number with the transfer to IGR Events account. Bank charges (if any) will be at your expense.

Canellation Policy:
Any cancellation within 5 days from the registration date will entitle to a full refund. Any cancellation after 5 days and until 10 days, will entitle for 50% refund. No refund for any cancellation after 10 days from registration date. A participant who is unable to participate due to personal reasons may be represented by another person from the same company if accepted beforehand by IGR Events. In the event of the training program being rescheduled or cancelled, IGR Events retains the right to either provide a full refund or to provide access to any of the training programs of the same nature and in the same region. IGR Events shall communicate to the participant in the shortest period of time, should there be any modifications to the training program schedule, venue, participants and the corresponding trainer and shall not be responsible for any inconvenience caused to the participant due to such changes. Discounts for group registrations and/or early bird discounts (if any) are only valid as per the agreed contract. IGR Events retains the right to accept or deny any registrations. Confirmation of registration will be communicated to the participant upon receipt of email confirmation. IGR Events reserves the right to change the registration price but the changes shall not affect any registrations confirmed beforehand by IGR Events.
